Independent Product Studio
A one-person product studio with founder-level execution — software designed, built and shipped end to end. AI goes in only where it creates real leverage.
Every engagement starts with a conversation and a brief. From there, the work takes one of three shapes.

Re-architected an admissions platform around AI: a retrieval-grounded feedback engine and a predictive scoring model that moved the company’s valuation target.

A behavioural-finance iOS app that places a deliberate pause between impulse and purchase. Designed, built and shipped solo — live on the App Store.

A rights vault for independent creators — durable proof of authorship for collaborative work. Currently targeting Y Combinator W26.

Concept to shipped product inside a single hackathon window — built and demoed end to end. Constraint used as a design tool.
Four principles the studio holds to — on every engagement, without exception.
A working product by the second week. Every conversation after that is about something real, not a slide.
It is a material, not a mission. When it is not the answer, you hear that plainly and early.
No account layer, no handoffs. The person you brief is the person who designs, builds and ships.
Made for the team still shipping long after launch day — not for the demo that looks good once.

I’m Julien — twenty-five, French, based in Seoul. I came up through enterprise sales at BASF, learning how real companies buy, decide and stall. Then I started building.
I co-founded Cazen, shipped Axyom solo, and contracted on AI work that moved a company’s valuation. Axyom Studio is one person accountable for the whole outcome — strategy, design, engineering, and the ship.
Usually with a short call and a written brief. From there we scope one of three formats — a Build, an Audit, or a Workshop — and agree a start date. Most teams begin with an Audit or move straight into a Build.
The fastest way in is a conversation. Book a 30-minute call — bring the problem, and we’ll work out whether a build, an audit, or a workshop is the right first move.
